RETURNS

You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return your purchase. :)

To initiate a return, please email "RETURN" + your order number at hello@tuscanperfumes.com

Returns Policy:

  •  Remember that the only thing you have to do is to send us a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase and the package with theparfume back to us within 14 days so that we can accept your return.
  • Returned perfumes must be unused, in their original packaging, and without any signs of damage. The box and bottle cannot be torn, scratched, opened, or otherwise altered. We take great care to ensure that your perfume is securely packaged and arrives in perfect condition — we kindly ask that it is returned to us in the same state.
  • Returns need to be initiated online and sent via your local post office within 14 days of receiving your order.

  •  Please note, we cannot refund duties or taxes paid on international orders, and items that have been altered are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Important: address used for returns and complains is different from our company registered address. Contact us before return to be sure you have the right address! 

Return shipments sent to the company's address / incorrect address could not be considered and the purchaser will be charged all additional fees.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. The refund will be issued within 14 business days.

In case of what’s been stated above, you are entitled to contact us of any complaint you may have.

Be advised that as per the European Union Regulation 524/2013 on online dispute resolution, which is applied to the out-of-court resolution of disputes initiated by consumers, you can use this online ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr in such cases.
